Delivery Time

Around 30 days on average from advance receipt on Purchase Order (PO). It will also depend on the order quantity and style.

Air freight, ocean freight or doorstep delivery by courier.

Production Process

In order to start production, advance deposit of 50% from the total order value is required and the rest of 50% should be completely settled when the order is finished and ready to ship.

Payment Terms

Advance T/T (Wire Transfer). All bank charges induced (including T/T) out of Indonesia will be on Buyer’s account. The transfer received should be in full amount.

Packing

Each item is packed in an individual polybag and then into suitable corrugated box. These boxes are then packed into an export worthy corrugated master carton (to weight approximately 20 kgs).

Customized Packing

Additional charge is required, if applicable.

Customized Packaging

Options like PVC Boxes, Shrink Packaging, Bar Coding, Logo Stickers and Hangtags are available at very nominal prices.

Certificate of Origin

GSP Certificate of Origin (Form A) from Indonesia can be provided, if required.

Replacement/Repair Policy

In an unfortunate incidents of goods being damaged in transit or manufacturing defect, we shall look into the aspects involved and would require the originals to be sent back to us for examination at Buyer’s cost. The goods may be repaired/replaced/issue of credit note as may be decided by Fashion for Paradise.
